street dancing

i am a girl of entertainment. i love watching performances-live performances. be it singing or dancing, i love it! *watching some performances on the TV could make me go whoo-whoo so loud and high pitched, my dad had to stop me, imagine what it's like watching them live?* ^_^ i'm sorry, i just can't help it! i would be the one clapping my hands and cheering from the very end of a room, only if i love a performance. 
and last night was no exception. 
some of my friends performed in Borneo Cultural Night 2012 USMKK and i went over to watch them rehearse before the actual performance, which is tonight. knowing the fact that i can't make it tonight, i went over and watched them last night. and i was impressed! the decorations inside the hall was mind-blowing, just that some of the traditional performances need a sharper timing. there were still some hesitations during the dance. but the effort was there. so i gave them an A! 
back to the street dancing. one of the Diploma Nursing students performed a street dance, and for a few moments, it was just him centre stage, doing his thing! it was crazyy!! i was silent, watching him spinning and whatever you call them on the stage, and he made it look so effortless!! man, i hate this guy!
and then, there were my friends! in the whole group performing, there were two girls and four boys, but i was pretty impressed by one of the girls who was so into the dance, my eyes were on her the whole time! and who would have thought, one of the guys, happened to be someone everyone's teasing me around with, could STREET DANCE! i was like, 'are you kidding me?' but again, he was okay, the attitude was there, but not so neat like the Nursing guy. but, one quick glance, it was WHOA! 
and the last scene of the dance, they regrouped and did this hand gesture thing which was so cool, because it was synchronized! i swear if i get the video, i would link it to you guys!
